Rainy Carswell is a self-taught artist who was born in Michigan, but now lives in Greenville, SC. Rainy has specialized in a unique drawing technique where she creates black and white landscapes and animal drawings using Q-tips, cotton balls, charcoals and pencils. She manages to draw inspiration from all types of images – sunsets foreshadowed by trees and rugged coastlines, the sea and it’s boats, birds and beaches and nature as her current work reflects. Rainy’s work has been represented in several auctions in the U.S to benefit Families of First Responders.
Paul Brown is a recovering IT professional from Pittsburgh who escaped the bitter cold of the North to South Carolina. He’s had a camera in his hands since he can remember. One of Paul’s earliest memories is ribbons of film covering his 4-year-old self because he didn’t know how to get the film out of a 35mm camera. Paul is currently living in a converted school bus with his crazy dog Butters, traveling when he can, and loving the experiences.
